Staff Up-Skilling

Pulse Security Staff Up-Skilling has commenced with 75 of the current workforce of 290 having completed the days training. The up-skilling programme is designed to ensure that we continue to provide a highly skilled and dedicated workforce to our clients. The syllabus of the training focused on the core skills required in the security industry such as crowd control, conflict management, communications, criminal/civil law and a significant addition was the cardiac first reponder training for each staff member certified by the pre-hospital emergency care council and the Irish Heart Foundation.

Above you can see our security staff undergoing training in Cardiac First Responder, they are now qualified to respond to emergency medical situations that may arise during operational deployment, performing CPR and using an AED are a major benifit to our clients ensuring our staff are well equipped to ensure a safe enviroment.
